Non-Profit Bylaws

I am currently the Parliamentarian for a non-profit called NOVAS, which works to support Torrance Memorial Hospital. I have served on the board of the organization for the past 3 years, and this year I am in charge of managing the bylaws for the organization. It is interesting to see how even smaller organizations need to have policies put in place to ensure that everyone is kept accountable and given fair opportunities.
